Every 4th of July, my friends Jamey and Phil have a party and ask me to bring a batch of coconut cupcakes. They love them, their guests love them and each year they call back wondering what bakery they came from. I’m honestly not sure how Ina Garten keeps her gay male friends considering the amount of calories in her recipes. Little does anyone know that I use her recipe and they have a pound and a half of butter in them.
