This weekend I picked up a new resident on Mendenhall Street – Winston! Winston is a nine week old Westie and he is full of energy. Needless to say, I’m going to have my hands full this week getting him settled in and trained. No worries though – I’ve planned ahead. This week I’ll be posting  quick, easy and creative meals from ingredients you can find in the deli section of the grocery store. These recipes are perfect for when you don’t have a lot of time or energy. Just because life is hectic doesn’t mean you have to order take out.
